  3. Keep up to Western Wear, will be adopted and used by the Indians as well. Westerners' are best seen in the West Jersey. (No offense) .. do not forget about your own comfort.
Where are achieved Asharam Osho, then use a lot usted''que brown robes.

If you feel comfortable in salwar kameez, please wear it. As mentioned above, comfort is a priority. . Do not be a problem if you are in India.
It is good to know some native clothes to catch the imagination of people in the West - My mother feels Salwars are one of the comfortable garments if they sew.

  4. It is not offensive, but I think people are less inclined to look as if they wore Western clothes. Most people in India wear Western clothes (at least sometimes). So I stick to the west, if I were you.
    Bon voyage!

Stick to using the West. Many West Indians are using. comply with the company. without trying at all. Westerners, but if your model never over.

  8. Adopting the local dress code, people would respect others to do much, because he shows his love for the land, or
By all means carry Salwars. It is a very elegant dress, and also very Indian. More importantly, is not significant and the adaptation to the climate of India. You look great in Indian clothes, especially if u are comfortable.
I am sure you have many candidates over the Indians.

  9. "When in Rome ...."

I believe that most Indians are perceived as a gesture of respect for their culture. What clothes Americans may be necessary in such countries as cuttings could be watching or shame, especially when it comes to women.

    Enjoy!

  10. "Do not worry, try to mimic the traditional dress of the country of another country." This is not a natural look and draw attention to themselves in a manner that bluntly.

Now that programming has added details, I think I should.

In reading your question at first glance, the above is my opinion.

Say after reading the details of her I have to be honest with you still have a few local people that they look as if you have a gift wrapped in Turkey (hihi), but comfort is what matters.

It seems that India must have a pleasant enough place for all types of clothing and will not insult you, put a certain group with their clothing.

You know, it is not always the case!
Always in search of an area before you visit to ensure that the traditional costumes and traditional expectations.

In some countries, "yourself" you can be killed.

I had friends hurt by gangs use red in a certain part of town, anddefeated by the friends of the "costume of which, the women in Lebanon.

Sounds like India is very loose and have a good time ... for the future, never assume that it will continue to ask before you travel.

  12. After reading your questions and comments, I understand that not only comfortable but also very much used to wear salwar kameez.

In this case, go ahead and wear salwar suits, I suggest putting more things to your wardrobe, while in India.

It can hold one or two garments West for a change.

Particularly in the West responds to demand or salwar sari for the first time in his adventures in India, look like a creature is unpleasant, certain things ethnic. So draw unwanted attention.

Because you do not believe that this is the case.

  14. I am a Westerner and you always wear a sari, salwar. Shall in any case, if I go to India. I love to wear there, because it is much more normal. People here think that we are trying to gain attention or something. But as a Westerner in India also believe something, whether good or bad, that the more attention, I think. I think it is my karma .. are not very acceptable.
